2. Usage of System
- This system is designed to streamline the canteen operations for students, faculty, and staff of Holy Cross College Sta. Rosa N.E. Inc.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information for registration, order placing, and payment transactions.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and RFID cards.
3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made through various methods including RFID student ID cards, e-wallets, or cash. All transactions made using these payment methods are final and non-refundable.
4. Privacy and Security
- We take the privacy of our users seriously and will never share your personal or payment information without your consent.

5. Account Termination

8. Account Balance Forfeiture
- Any remaining balance in the account of a student who has graduated, stopped studying, or is no longer officially enrolled at Holy Cross College Sta. Rosa N.E. Inc. shall be automatically forfeited and will become the property of the school.
- Similarly, any remaining balance in the account of a faculty or staff member who is no longer employed by the institution will also be forfeited and transferred to the school.
- Former users who are no longer affiliated with the school will not be eligible to claim or refund any remaining funds in their accounts.
